Vacuum integrated photovoltaic (VPV) curtain walls, which combine the power generation ability of PV technology and the excellent thermal insulation performance of vacuum technology, have attracted widespread attention as an energy-efficient technology.
Therefore, the height and PV coverage ratio of the daylight section are taken as two optimization variables of the partitioned STPV curtain wall. Specifically, the height of the daylight section ranges from 0.6m to 1.3m with a 0.1m interval, and the optional range of PV coverage ratio is from 30 % to 60 %.
Semi-transparent photovoltaic (STPV) curtain walls play a crucial role in building decarbonization.
